First, you need to build an three system winch.
See the three meter support on the end of the wall. This is the left one and the right one is behind camera.
The mast has crank where is taken to the bottom isolator.
Step by step you need to rotate winch. Keep the top of the mast up.
As you see, the first part is 18m high (steel 55mm dia.) and the second part is extension to total 27m high. On this picture you can clearly see the 3m high support on the right side.
